CANAPE COCKTAIL PARTY for 360 people
Gourmet Palette supported the opening night with a selection of Pre-Showing Canapes including Prosciutto and Quail egg served on an Olive bread, Baked Mushroom with Gruyere Cheese and Semi Dried Tomato, and as the guests entered the cinema: A mini box of Spicy Pop Corn.
After the movie showing the Reception continued with the Menu:
• Quenelle of Smoked Trout mousse and Celeriac Remoulade on a light rye Crostini,
• Seared Duck breast ona crispy crouton with bitter Chocolate sauce,
• Char grilled Mini fillet of beef watercress and horseradish cream served on a roasted rye bread,
• Egg Plant Parcel filled with spicy Chickpeas,
• BBQ fillet of Pork on an Apple Tarte Tatin.

Thankyou to everyone who supported the day, and enjoyed fabulous cuisine. The Event raised over $200,00.00 for the Aids Trust Foundation. We had anexciting day. The weather was perfect, and we all had FUN.
Our dedicated passionate staff enjoyed doing what we do best...catering full flavoured beautiful cuisine.
We offered a delicious Chicken wrapped King Prawn main course and a Kaffir Lime Pudding dessert.

Launched jointly in London and New York in 2001, picturehouse is the only event of its kind that brings together the buyers and suppliers of photography, illustration and footage in city centre locations around the world. www.picturehouse.org
An all day event with Hot & Cold Platter Cuisine. Fresh Espresso Coffee was served with hand made biscuits. Soft drinks, beer and wine available for guests from lunch, ending the event with a cocktail party in the evening.

Gourmet Palette attended the Introduction Cocktail evening for a NEW Course in designer specialty coffees. Learn to develope sensory skills & espresso technique, flavour profiles over a range of coffees, preparation and design.
Sion and I were privilged to meet the Australian Barrista Champion, Scott Callaghan.(Pictured below) Scott demonstrated his skills and flair in Signature Coffee designing and is a true artist.






12/05/07 Fund Raising for the community run Studio Art Auction Evening.
Gourmet Palette supported the evening catering our NEW "Conversation Style" Menu.
The evening was a great success raising over $10 000 for maintenaince &
