Sion
A qualified chef for over 18 years, gaining experience in corporate catering working for Chester Boyd, one of the largest catering companies in the city if London, catering for politicians & royalty alike & as many as 3000 guests. Sion has chefed in different countries, he has won 2 restaurant & catering awards.
Fiona
Fiona has worked in the fashion industry for 15 years working with designers to create high fashion & is a fabric artist. She applies her design & colour skills to create stylish party events. The fusion of fashion and cuisine creates a unique culinary experience.
